Customers

Customers include medium to large sized companies and corporations. These are usually viewed as a "company" rather than a "business." However, consulting firms (whether they are small are large) could be listed as a Customer.

	Staffing Agencies

A Staffing Agency could also be called a Temporary Agency or Contract Agency. For the most part, candidates are placed on a W2 Payroll of the Agency and work on contract jobs that an Agency Recruiter placed them on. Some agencies also place candidates directy with the employer or can also work on a Corp-to-Corp basis. These situations are solely determined by the Agency.

	Independent Recruiters

An Independent Recruiter is a recruiter who works independently of a consulting firm or staffing agency and are essentially in business for themselves. These recruiters can negotiate directly with each candidate and/or client. Whether the Independent Recruiter places W2 Contractors, Independent Contractors, Corp-to-Corps, or Direct Hire placements is solely determined by the Recruiter. ***Any Independent Recruiter that IS REGISTERED with P.A.C.E is noted in their CWO listing.

	Service Providers

Service Providers include Independent Contractors, Consultants, small firms, or small to medium sized incorporated businesses. Service Providers are usually viewed as a "business" rather than a "company." Larger sized companies and corporations are listed under the "Service Requestors" category. *** Any individual that is not set up as business, but IS REGISTERED with P.A.C.E. is also list here.
