Description: Ensures compliance,
implements, and interprets the company's policies and procedures and state
and federal labor laws. Works with associates and managers to resolve
employee relations issues, and assures that the exposure from a financial
and PR standpoint are monitored. Provides coaching and counseling advise,
and answers questions related to human resources. Partners with other
human resources team members to ensure proper coverage, information, and
accuracy of data.
Qualifications: ·Bachelor's degree in Human
Resources, Business or related field preferred. Related Master's degree
desirable. ·Senior - five + years related Human Resources Generalist
experience with an emphasis in employee relations, compensation and
staffing. Experience in organizational change management, benefits
administration and training desirable but not required. Supervisory
experience helpful, but not required. ·Current knowledge of legal
issues in the workplace and how to proactively ensure client group
compliance. ·Excellent consultative skills. ·Excellent
organizational and analytical skills. ·Demonstrated ability to flex
work behavioral styles in a fast paced, team and growth-oriented
environment. ·Demonstrated ability to effectively multi-task and
prioritize. ·Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
