Job Duties:
Responsible for defining, segmenting and managing customer information in order to develop and to grow and to satisfy the customer base. Scope of responsibilities will include managing outside consultants such as Gallup to measure Customer Satisfaction. Accountable for developing and managing a Customer Information File in partnership with multiple internal and external constituencies. Responsible for developing and facilitating customer councils to better understand and serve today’s and tomorrow’s customer. Must be able to translate information into meaningful market and brand positioning, identifying gaps and opportunities in maintaining an enriched and profitable customer value proposition.

Qualifications:
·MBA or other Graduate level Degree in, Economics or Quantitative Analysis.
·5+ years management of market research and analytics
·Demonstrated success delivering highly complex executive level projects, findings, and strategic recommendations
·Familiar with Project Management Institute (PMI) standards and body of knowledge.
·Comprehensive knowledge of Mortgage Industry
·Expert functional knowledge of core business disciplines that make up a company’s market positioning i.e. technology, product management, Broker Network development, Internet, retail consumer marketing, interest rate impacts, Branding
·Highly motivated and able to take initiative; demonstrated ability to work across functions to gather and assimilate information.
·Demonstrated problem-solving skills. Ability to exercise good judgment, make decisions and assess and resolve problems.
·Ability to direct the activities of a team in a win-win fashion and perform all duties in a manner that promotes a team concept.
·Ability to communicate effectively (in verbal and written forms) with technical and non-technical personnel across the enterprise.
·Ability to conduct high-level presentations and facilitate effective meetings.
