Job Duties:
Responsible for managing and coordinating multiple project teams in the planning and implementation of various Customer and Market related initiatives. Scope of responsibilities will include, but are not limited to project planning and resourcing, scope and results management, change management, and communications.
Qualifications:
·MBA or other Graduate level Degree in , Economics or information technology.
·Two to Three years project management experience. Demonstrated success delivering highly complex projects (projects involving multiple processes, applications, interfaces, departments and/or user groups).
·Familiar with Project Management Institute (PMI) standards and body of knowledge.
·Comprehensive knowledge of business process analysis and management skills inclusive of process breakdown and improvement methodologies (e.g. benchmarking, balanced scorecard knowledge, six sigma methodology).
·Understanding of change management fundamentals (e.g. communications, stakeholder management, training, performance management) and their relation to project phases and implementation risk management.
·Functional knowledge of core finance and accounting processes preferably in the context of the mortgage business.
·Highly motivated and able to take initiative; demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision.
·Demonstrated problem-solving skills. Ability to exercise good judgment, make decisions and assess and resolve problems.
·Ability to direct the activities of a team in a win-win fashion and perform all duties in a manner that promotes a team concept.
·Ability to communicate effectively (in verbal and written forms) with technical and non-technical personnel across the enterprise.
·Ability to conduct high-level presentations and facilitate effective meetings.
