Duties: Responsible for the recruitment services for a defined client
group within the business; Participates in the development, identification
and placement of qualified applicants. Recruits appropriate management
and other key positions across all levels of the organization. Ensures
all special projects related to recruitment are completed in a timely
manner. Manages expenses to budget for recruiting strategies that are
implemented ensuring that they yield a positive cost benefit.
Qualifications: Develops relationships with hiring managers,
learning the business of the department/branch in order to fully
understand needs. · Consults with hiring managers around selection
trends in and out of the organization, sharing best practices and offering
recommendations. · In conjunction with client groups facilitates the
implementation of the competency program for all positions. · Partners
with hiring managers to offer positions of employment that meet the best
interests of the candidate and organization. · Travel as necessary to
support recruitment efforts · Partner with Generalist on employee
relations issues related to the area of recruitment within the branch or
department. · Develops, implements and evaluates effective recruitment
strategies for all level of positions across all levels of the
organization including advertising, external sourcing plans and internal
development and placement opportunities. · Networks in and out of the
organization to keep abreast of trends and opportunities. · Screen
applicants for best possible fit in the organization utilizing experience
and competency behavioral questions. Answers their questions about the job
and the company. · Is a model in and out of the organization of the
organization''s core competencies. · Ensures hiring process is
completed in a timely manner working with other groups in HR. · Work
with recruiting team on special projects. 1 year recruiting experience
or direct hiring experience · Thoroughly familiar with equal
employment opportunity regulations. · Familiarity with traditional and
emerging sourcing techniques. · Computer literacy and working
knowledge of Microsoft products including Word and Excel
