Description: Responsible for overseeing the staffing
department of OOMC/HRBMC. Provide mentoring, coaching, development and
training opportunities for direct reports. In conjunction with staffing
team, develop effective recruitment strategies company wide. Ensures all
special projects, reporting requirements and programs related to staffing
are completed in a reasonable time frame and thoroughly.
Qualifications: · 6 - 8 years leadership experience with
multiple (5 or more) direct reports · 3 - 5 years of direct
recruitment experience preferred · Experience in mid to large size
multi-state organization as both a recruiter and leader of recruitment
· Thorough knowledge of employment laws and those impacting area of
recruitment · BA/BS strongly preferred · SPHR/PHR certificate
desirable · Related advanced degree desirable ·
Presentation/facilitation skills including developing and delivering
presentation material · Project and program management experience from
cradle to grave; This includes initial vision setting and strategic
planning with a proven ability to efficiently and effectively manage a
project from current to future state with desired measurable · Other
HR experience desirable especially in benefits and compensation. ·
Direct experience in recruitment technology strategy, communication,
marketing, training, implementation and measurement · Process
improvement methodology experience or certification desirable · Some
travel required
