Candidate Sourcing & Recruiting
The Contingent
Workforce Organization(CWO) has partnered with
Jeremy
Langhans & Associates (JLA) for this service. Finding and
keeping track of talented individuals is a critical part of how
recruitment success in the years to come will be measured. By
applying principles of strategic and tactical sourcing to a company's
hiring process, clients will receive significant benefits in their
overall talent management process. By focusing on high value initiatives
and developing multiple talent pipelines, JLA will identify and
build the most capable workforce that will provide the most direct
impact on client success.
Contingent Workforce Talent Management Office (Total Workforce
Acquistion)
As the demand
for specialized and technical skill sets in a company’s workforce
outpaces its ability to acquire them, establishing a Contingent
Workforce Talent Management Office (CW-TMO) to provide talent
acquisition, development, and management may help a company win
in the war for talent. The challenge is that while companies have
embraced the contingent workforce, they have not yet made procuring
and managing these services a core competency.
A CW-TMO can be established to act as a single authoritative source
of expertise to manage and deploy a common set of processes/procedures
to cover the entire cycle of contingent staffing. Procurement
and management of a contingent workforce spans across many departments
(Hiring Managers, Procurement, Human Resources, Legal, Security,
Service Providers) which requires detailed collaboration and compliance
(internal policies, co-employment issues, 1099 reclassification,
Sarbanes-Oxley, HIPPA, EOE) with policies and laws.
For company to excel in talent management it will need tools,
processes, and best practices that are tailored for its workforce
and its products and services. Success can lead to reduced staffing
costs, increased hiring manager satisfaction, maximized returns
to the company, and higher quality of work.
Direct Contractor Engagement
Through CWO's business partner is
able to allow its clients to directly engage consultants and contractors
in a manner that is both safe and easy. Instead of channeling
recruited consultants/contractors through expensive staffing or
consulting companies, you can send them to CWO for only a fraction
of the cost. CWO offers your contractors an attractive and convenient
W-2 employment service, payrolls them, and provides them group
benefits—such as health insurance, general liability insurance,
and 401(k)—that are far superior to those offered by most agencies.
1099 Risk Mitigation & Independent Contractor Compliance
Through CWO's web based 1099 Risk Mitigation portal, companies are able to easily and efficiently ensure that the independent contractors that they hire on a business to business type relationship with are enganged in a tax complianct manner. Each contractor and their project are reviewed to ensure compliance. If the relationship is deemed "compliant," a compliance file is created to be used in the case of an audit or civil litigation trial.
For look at what a 1099 Risk Mitigation portal looks like, you can view CWO's
1099 Compliance demo that was created for the hypothetical XYZ Company. For any questions, please contact
