Top tier technology management company
is looking for a Network Administrator with strong skills on the Microsoft
Back Office Suite of products(Windows 2000/2003, Exchange, SQL,IIS).
Looking for a person with excellent communication skills that has set up
servers from scratch and supported a mid size Microsoft server
environment. Individual will support nationwide corporate employees and
infrastructure (50+servers) based mainly in New York City and Los Angeles.
Requirements:
*2-4 years of experience working in IT in an
enterprise NT/Win2k environment.
*Experience
implementing/migrating/administering XP, 2000, Active Directory, Exchange
2000/2003
*Strong knowledge of MS Office products including Project,
Word, and Visio.
*Experience Maintain/Monitoring all systems within
environment to ensure optimal performance.
*Experience administering
and troubleshooting CISCO products and protocols
*A team player with
strong hands on experience
*A Systems Engineer background or comparable
experience preferred
*Understanding of internet protocols and standards
(i.e. LDAP, SMTP, ESMTP, TCP/IP, POP3, FTP, and NNTP).
*Working
experience in integrating heterogeneous mail services/systems.
*Good
problem solving and communication skills, along with the ability to work
independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
*MCSE 2000
certification.
