I was recently asked what benefits to customers does this program have. Here are a few...
Single Invoicing
Rather than receiving invoices from multiple staffing firms, the Client/Customer would receive one invoice that covers all placed candidates/Talent that are working for the Client/Customer.
One Standard Contract
Along with the one invoice, there will be only one contract. Within the contract, there will be a set mark up rate that would apply to all recruiters/Career Developers and placed candidates/Talent. This will be a fully disclosed mark-up, with a set pay roll mark-up, set recruiting mark-up, and a set program fee for a mark-up which I believe is extremely competitive.
Diverse Specialization in Recruiting
Hiring Managers can select recruiters/Career Developers that specialize in what their department does, rather than being limited to the recruiter that is currently working for an agency. For instance, a marketing department manager can choose to work with Career Developers that specialize in marketing Talent. A finance hiring manager can choose to work with Career Developers that specialize in finance Talent. This can be done without negotiating new mark-ups, signing new contracts, and paying additional invoices.
Simple Access to a Wide Network of Professionals
Most Hiring Managers only work with a few recruiters because they don't want to have to deal with all the phone calls. In doing so, the Hiring Mangers are then limited to only the candidates that those chosen recruiters have recruited. With the TEAM Hiring program, a Hiring Manager can work with a few Career Developers, or just one, and have that Career Developer network with all other Career Developers out there. Again, the Talent will be on the same payroll and the Client/Customer will still only receive one invoice with the set mark-up.
A Gathering Point for Information
A Client/Customer who participates in this program will essentially have its contingent workforce come to a "gathering point of information." Access to information about its contingent workforce will be in one spot, vs. with multiple staffing agencies. Demographics, geographic, skill sets, and pay rates can all be easily gathered for analysis. Reports can be easily created and information can be distributed out. Previous gathered information on Talent, like skill-based questionnaires, can be shared among Customers in regards to the Talent that they are looking to hire.
