New Role: Sponsored Listing Recruiter
This is a twist to the existing Listing Recruiter role. Basically, a "Sponsored" Listing Recruiter is someone who works directly for a Hiring Customer. Either through direct employment or on a contract basis and are paid on a salary or hourly basis. In these cases, the Listing Recruiter commission fees are waived for all placements made through the network.

Listing Recruiters Duties
The Listing Recruiter’s primary duties include direct contact with the Hiring Manager and account management in regards to the hiring process for an open job order. Communication with the Hiring Manager for each Job Order shall be only through the Listing Recruiter(s) which originally listed the Job Order. Listing Recruiters can network their Job Orders with all Holding Recruiters in the Network.
Addition duties include:
- Identify customer needs and take appropriate action.
- Provide detailed job requirement information to Holding Recruiters.
- Initiate interview process.
- Responsible for informing Network Manager or Representative of all placements and the details of those placements.
- Recommends new products and services by evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled.
- Responsible for developing business and long lasting client relationships.
