Brief Overview of the TEAM Hiring Network
Roles...Talent
Candidates, job seekers, people looking for full time employment, contractors, consultants, 1099's, service providers, etc.
Hiring Customer
This is a company that hires employees, employ consultants or contractors, pay for services or products by external vendors or suppliers.
Holding Recruiter
This is the recruiter that directly represent Talent or "holds" the Talent that fills a Job Order or a hiring need from a Hiring Customer. A Holding Recruiter would build their own Talent Team or Talent Catalog which would consist of Talent that have chosen that Recruiter to represent them in the network. A recruiter can be both a Holding Recruiter and a Listing Recruiter.
Listing Recruiter
This is the recruiter that "lists" the job order or hiring need that was received by the Hiring Manager. The Listing Recruiter would have direct contact with the Hiring Managers that work for the Hiring Customer. A recruiter can be both a Holding Recruiter and a Listing Recruiter.
Single Invoicing...All contractor or contingent candidates placed through this network will be an official employee of one employer of record (EOR). This EOR will be vendor based and not owned or operated by the TEAM Hiring network. This "external relationship" should allow for participants in the network to choose the best employer of record service available.
Innovative Employee Solutions out of San Diego, Ca has been chosen to provide this service.
This will create continuity of benefits, both health and financial when they are available, for the candidate. It will also create single invoice billing for the customer along with only having to sign and adhere to one work agreement. In regards to the Recruiters who participate in the network, the single EOR will also act as their "back office" in regards to time keeping, employee payroll and paychecks, invoicing for all placements, and dispersing the commissions that are made through the network.
Workflow...In this network, each candidate (Talent) will select one recruiter (Holding Recruiter) from a Network Directory to act as their representative in the network. There would be no fee charged to the Talent and the Talent can re-select a Holding Recruiter if they are not satisfied with the Holding Recruiter's service. In the same respect, the Holding Recruiter must also agree to represent the Talent. Essentially, the two parties must agree to representation.
The Hiring Mangers, within a Hiring Customer, would select as many (or as few) Listing Recruiters from the Network Directory as they would like to directly work with. This is true for each Hiring Manager within the Hiring Customer. For instance, a Hiring Manager in Accounting could work with Listing Recruiters that specialize in accounting while Hiring Mangers in the Marketing Department could work directly with Listing Recruiters that specialize in marketing. Keep in mind, with the single employer of record service (EOR) there will only be one invoice to the Hiring Customer that encompasses all the departments within the Hiring Customer. A Hiring Manager would then submit their Job Order to the Listing Recruiter(s) that they have chosen to directly work with who would be known as a Listing Recruiter for that specific Job Order.
Once the Job Order is received, the Listing Recruiter would first attempt to fill the Job Order with their own existing Talent Team if they have one. If they can, that Listing Recruiter would now also become the Holding Recruiter and would receive the full Recruiter Commission Fee. If the Listing Recruiter can not immediately fill the Job Order with someone from their Talent Team, they can actively seek out new Talent to sign to their Talent Team or network with Holding Recruiters to allow a Holding Recruiter to submit to them the Talent that eventually fills the Job Order. In this scenario, the Listing Agent would receive the half the Recruiter Commission Fee and the Holding Career Developer would receive the other half. Remember, the Listing Recruiter will have to make smart business decisions when they are deciding how to fulfill the Hiring Customers needs to ensure that they remain a Listing Recruiter for that Hiring Customer.
The submission of Job Orders and listings of Talent and Recruiters will be web based. This will allow for tracking what Recruiters act in what roles and how efficient and professional they are. This information will be distributed to both the Talent group and the Hiring Manager group for decision making purposes when it comes to choosing which Recruiters to work with.
